Return Policy

We would like to express our gratitude to you for shopping at Polynesian Pride. We sincerely hope that you are pleased with your order. In the event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. All returned items must be in new, unwashed, and unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

2. Eligible Returns - Our Error

We are happy to accept returns and take full responsibility for items that contain manufacturing or fulfillment mistakes, including:

  • Incorrect item shipped: You received the wrong size, color, style, or an entirely different product.
  • Defective item: The item arrived damaged, broken, misprinted, or otherwise defective.
  • Item not as described: The product significantly differs from the description or imagery on our website.

No Need To Return Exception

At Polynesian Pride, we recognize that unforeseen circumstances may arise. For the eligible errors mentioned above, we have implemented a hassle-free No Need To Return policy. This eliminates the need for you to physically send the defective item back to us. Instead, we kindly request that you provide us with clear photos of the defect. Once verified, we will issue a free replacement or a full refund. Contact our support team to submit your photos.

3. Non-Eligible Returns - Customer Error

We understand that mistakes happen, but because our items are custom-made, we cannot accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind: We do not accept returns if you simply changed your mind after the order has been produced and delivered.
  • Wrong size or color ordered: We kindly advise customers to review the size chart carefully before purchasing. Returns due to selecting the wrong size are not accepted. However, please contact us. We are happy to offer you a special 50% discount to reorder the correct size.
  • Damaged by customer: Items damaged after delivery through use, washing, or mishandling.
  • Expired warranty: Requests made after the 30-day window has passed.

Note: Gift cards and clearance or sale items are final sale and non-returnable.

4. Return Process

To initiate a physical return, if required and authorized, please reach out to us at support@polynesianpride.co. We will promptly provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) and the exact warehouse address. Do not send items back without prior authorization. Please note that for non-defective authorized returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

5. Refunds & Exchanges
